BED & BATH The primary suite features a king bed, a smart TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second suite sports a king bed, a smart TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a huge walk-in shower for two. The third and fourth suites both have a queen bed and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The fifth suite holds a king bed and an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The sixth suite provides two twin-over-twin bunk beds, a twin-over-queen bunk bed, and an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination. THINGS TO KNOW There is currently major construction occurring on new homes in the area. No current homes or amenities will be affected, though construction equipment may be visible and views may be obstructed in some areas. Construction has been scheduled during certain times of the day to minimize noise and potential disturbances to guests. The work is scheduled to conclude in the next year. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 1. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. It stopped with them inside. Thankfully we knew how to talk the kids through opening the security latch from inside the elevator but if we hadn't known that, we would have had to call the fire department. Unable to get through to anyone competent with the management company. Said they would send someone out to fix it the next day as well as a representative from the mgmnt company, but that never happened and they never returned call. On top of their terrible communication before we even showed up (no response to questions, unclear check in instructions). ##### Lori A.
