MAIN LIVING SPACE: Gather in the cozy but light-filled first-floor family room. It flows through an archway into the dining room and beautifully renovated kitchen that has everything you need for preparing meals during your stay. You can’t help but feel happy and relaxed hanging out downstairs in this cozy yet open space. SLEEPING QUARTERS: The first-floor bunk room sleeps 4 in charming built-in twin bunks, and it has a full bath. The second floor offers three bedrooms and two baths. Bed: 1 King, 1 Queen, 8 Twins STRR#374890 \*\*\*NO PETS ALLOWED\*\*\* IF A PET IS SEEN ENTERING A NON-PET FRIENDLY HOME, GUEST WILL BE CHARGED A PENALTY AND/OR EVICTED. Sunny Days is a non-pet friendly property, and there are no exceptions. If a pet is seen entering Sunny Days the homeowner and/or Cinnamon Shore Vacation Rentals has the right to immediately evict the renter with no refunds, regardless of time of day or night. There will be an automatic non-refundable penalty fee of $1000 added to the reservation if a pet is seen entering the property. If the pet does not leave the property immediately, at the date of the violation, there will be an additional $300 daily charge applied to the renter until eviction. It is up to the contract signee to disperse the pet policy to all persons staying in the home. If a renter's "guests" violate this policy it is assumed they are aware of the policy and the fee will be assessed. The house was perfect for accommodating 4 generations & our 9 year old Australian Shepard. It had beautiful views and a very welcoming community. We loved the fabulous heated pool and sunrises and sunsets on the pristine beach. Communication was very quick and responsive.
