On the 1st floor, accessed from a private entry way, is a king size bedroom with ensuite bath and kitchenette - perfect for TV watching, game playing or taking in a view of the pool. It also includes a queen sleeper sofa. On the 2nd floor you will find 2 bedrooms with King beds as well as Bedroom 4 with a Twin over Queen loft bed. A fabulous kitchen located on the 3rd floor, with a custom farmhouse dining table that seats 14, and a 55 Inch television in the living area with surround sound make for epic movie nights. There is an elevator that services all three floors! Views of the Gulf of Mexico from the roof-top deck. The private pool located outside also has access to a half bath on the deck. Before traveling to Port Aransas/Village Walk please PLAN in accordance to the rules below:
1) VW 60 provides 4 medium sized paved parking spaces, 3 in the driveway and 1 in the garage. If you rent a golf cart it must fit in 1 of the 4 spaces.
2) Parking Tags will be provided by Port Aransas Escapes Vacation Rentals.
3) All vehicles must be parked in the driveway of VW 60. No Street Parking, No Parking in Red Zones, and No Parking in other Village Walk Driveways
4) No Boats, Trailers, Buses, RV’s allowed.
5) Towing is strictly enforced
