Nicely setup, well decorated, lots of comfortable beds. Big and spacious. But the overall cleanliness of the property was so bad it completely negates the rest of the property. We requested they reclean the property and they sent someone out for a touch-up, and it appears all they did was wipe the hair out of the shower. Also had a lot of roaches outside by the pool area and inside, dead and alive. We had to kill some on our own that we had to go buy. For 10 people we were only provided 4 rolls of toilet paper and no extra paper towels, so we had to go buy more for our 3 day stay. We also planned to cook there at the house, but the kitchen was lacking a few things such as ovenmits, colander, ladle, and some lids for the pots/pans in the kitchen. We were unable to use the dishwasher because it does not open fully.The size of the den was great, however, VERY hot. We were unable to turn on the fan to help cool it down. There are too many switches in the home, so it was confusing on how to turn on which fans/lights etc. There are also no lights in the dining room where we gathered to play board games at night. The location of the house was great and a quick buggy ride to the beach. The pool was AMAZING to come back to after a long day at the beach (the outdoor shower did not work) but we were able to rinse everything off with the hose. It is a beautiful house and we enjoyed our time there, however, there was some room for improvement. Thank you for a memorable stay for my family and I! :) ##### Christina G. The house is lovely and very comfortable and the AC works very well!! The sheets and towels were very nice and the beds are comfortable.The kitchen is very well maintained, except I couldn’t find dishes that were appropriate for use in the oven. All of the appliances were very clean!! There were plenty of dishes, cups and forks and spoons for our party of 6.The backyard is beautiful and fenced, but there are stickers in the grass and our dogs were constantly getting stickers in their paws.The house was about a 1/2 mile walk from the beach and an easy walk. There was plenty of parking for our 3 cars and the neighbors were very quiet.The check in and out process was incredibly easy. This is a very comfortable property for large groups. ##### Brenda B.
