Bay Dock Cottage has a patio deck, a boat dock, a 100’ fishing pier with lights, a patio and lots of parking. Our two bedroom 2 1/2 bath house sits next to the 14’ deep Aransas Channel. Shrimp boats and fishing boats use this waterway to navigate local bays as they make their way to and from the Gulf of America through the jetties. This is a family friendly property. We are located 3 miles east of Conn-Brown Harbor and 3 miles west of the Port A Ferry. The location is perfect if you are looking to fish and be close to the ferry for dinner or beach time in Port A. This was one of our favorite houses we have ever stayed in. The location was perfect, the fishing was great and the owners went above and beyond to help make us feel welcome for our anniversary and birthday celebrations.
