Throughout the home you will find thoughtful and elegant touches with tranquil textures, as you view the soothing costal décor that make you feel like it’s your home away from home! Driveway camera This newly remodeled 2,400 Sq. Ft. 3 story cottage is well appointed with 4 bedrooms, 3 baths and 1 Powder Room. The downstairs 1st floor offers complete privacy with one Queen guest bedroom, flat screen / Smart TV, full bathroom with walk in shower and a Full-size washer and dryer laundry room that is fully stocked. Up stairs on the 2nd floor you are welcomed with the open spacious living room with luxury chandeliers, a 25’ custom built shiplap gas fireplace, large 70” motorized flat screen TV, plush recliner chairs and a lush large sofa. The living room invites a large group to enjoy the relaxation and warmth of this home away from home. If you like to entertain outside, then relax and enjoy your private terrace. Kick your feet up on your fully furnished open terrace; all framed by the expansive Gulf, the ocean breeze and ocean views. Everyone can relax under the strung lights and enjoy the sounds of the ocean waves. The open concept fully equipped kitchen has all new appliances, Reverse Osmoses Water System, Water Softener System, a morning coffee bar and dining room. The dining seats 12, 8 at the dining table and 4 at the breakfast bar. There are charging stations throughout and a powder room for guests. The 2nd floor also offers a luxury King size bed master suite, a dressing room closet, flat screen/Smart TV and charging stations. Continue on to the elegant private en-suite bathroom fit for a celebrity. Featuring a large deep soaking tub with a walk-in shower and modern rain showerhead; the His and Her sinks accessorized with two touch LED lighted makeup mirrors. The 3rd floor you will find two guest bedrooms and a guest bathroom. One bedroom has two queen deluxe beds, a nook for reading, flat screen/Smart TV, and en-suite bath with shower. The second bedroom is a bunkroom with 6 bunks (6 twin beds) charging stations and porthole lighting in each bunk, a huge walk-in closet with generous storage for 6 guests and a flat screen/Smart TV. The 3rd floor also has a chic fully furnished large open terrace. This terrace has several Instagram worthy spots for pictures; It’s clean, bright, cheerful and adorned with strung lights, bohemian egg chairs for reclining and a full size bed swing where you can have memorable conversations with loved ones while hearing the ocean waves. This floor has the finest panoramic views of the entire town and the Gulf Ocean. You have access to the Sandhill newly renovated pool, Jacuzzi, contemporary bathrooms and outdoor grills and fun palapa’s just a few steps from the house. The house comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests, while providing ample parking for your favorite people. You will have 2 assigned parking spots in front of the house. It was a small getaway for me, my wife, my 1 yr old and her grandma. Place was as described, and stocked with necessities . Few cons are that there were stains of spills throughout the couch areas inside and outside. We never used the outside seating area so that wasn’t a problem. There was a crib upstairs which was perfect, but wasn’t used due to the sheets having sand/dirt. Last issue was the day after checkout we were sent a bill without notice for having a “pet” in the house that caused damage and required cleaning. We arrived with no pets and left with no pets. We did notice dog hair on a couple of blankets in one room but thought nothing of it and just didn’t use them, but we were blamed for it. They state to have a camera on the property and told them to check it so they can see we arrived with no pets. And id gladly provide a bill from our dog boarding place showing we had our dogs there all throughout our trip. ##### Armando A. It was my first time traveling with my 1-year old and as a first time mom, it was stressful so of course I forgot a few things. I was worried about how I was going to feed her during breakfast that we were going to make ourselves (which went great because kitchen had all appliances/dishes we needed) and when we checked upstairs there was a high chair for us to use!
