Bedroom 1 offers a king bed off of the living room on the main level. Up the spiral staircase the 2nd offers a king bed. The 3rd bedroom offers twin over twin bunkbed and a queen bed both room. Washer and dryer in the main level for extra convenience. This is a second floor condo with no elevator access. No smoking, no pets. Parking for 2 vehicles. Boat slips for rent at an additional cost of $45.00 + tax per night. It is first come, first serve. Please request at the time of booking. Bay Tree requires a parking pass for your vehicle and wrist bands worn at the community facilities. These are issued upon check-in. We absolutely loved it and will be staying here on future trips. Kids loved the pool and fishing at the dock was convenient since we just walked down there. Everything is close by this location which I loved as well. Property was very clean and community area was clean. Check in and check out was very smooth. Our fridge wasn’t cooling the first day and the property manager immediately had it fixed.
