Room was spotless. One of the foot ottomans under the recliner had a broken leg. Not a big deal, but a staff should have mentioned it so it could get fixed. Staff was professional and friendly!

All was wonderful. Have to say that after making reservations two months in advance m, I was a bit disappointed in where we were placed. I should have said something when we check in but once I got over what I was expecting, the room location was okay but the room itself was over the top. We will go again but be a bit more vocal in our room placement. But this place comes with our strong recommendation to stay.

Urban Boutique is in a very convenient location in Little Italy, close to many great coffee shops and restaurants. It’s a good option for a short stay if you mainly need a place to sleep and be near everything. The hotel is outdated and feels more like an old college dorm and visible stains everywhere. You can hear people in nearby rooms and above you, so it isn’t very quiet. My room did not have soap and didn’t have enough towels. There is also no daily housekeeping during the stay. Overall, it works for one or two nights because of the location, but I wouldn’t recommend it for a longer stay or if you’re looking for comfort and modern amenities. The staff is friendly.

Room service changed our towels and made bed and restocked coffee supplies daily. It was so nice. The hotel was fun and clean and very ni e. We thoroughly enjoyed out time there. Great location too.
