"This is a terrific hotel. The room was spacious, the bathroom excellent and it had a fridge/mini bar too. There was ample free parking, the breakfast was super (including delicious hot scrambled eggs and bacon) and the staff were incredibly helpful. We also had dinner here and the set menu was excellent value and very tasty. We will certainly return and many thanks to everyone for making it such an enjoyable stay."

"Staff was kind , helpful and outgoing Breakfast was minimal for the price of a nights stay compared to other accommodations we visited. I would suggest adding bedside lighting. In addition, one ceiling light was positioned in front of the tv , which was positioned very high on the wall. When you watched tv you had to turn the light off , but then there were no other lights on except a bathroom light. I would add a second chair to a room made for two people. "This hotel is basically brand new as of April 2026. The room was clean and fresh with everything we needed, and the staff were friendly. The bed was comfortable and the towels were fluffy. Less than 10 minutes' walk from Piacenza Station, and 10-15 minutes walk to the historic centre. Overall, a great place to stay. Highly recommended."

"Perfect place to spend some days in Crema! In the heart of the historic district, very closed to restaurant but quiet and calm neighborhood. We really enjoyed our stay here. Special mention for the host Valeria, she is amazing, she’s incredibly kind and friendly. THANK YOU SO MUCH! The suite is huge, spacious, luminous, well decorated with elegant classic furniture. We appreciated the amenities like fridge, kettle, coffee machine. Comfortable king size bed. Big shower and free toiletries. Extremely clean. Breakfast was delicious, served every morning in the room. We will come back again for sure! Really recommended! "

"One of The rooms had a lot of mold spots in the shower ceiling and some other in the room hallway. The other room was missing part of the ceiling. The room card worked only the first time entry, for the other time we entered the room, the front desk gentleman had to walk to the room and open it with a key because he tried two times to configure the card again and did not work. The location was convenient from the highway, the breakfast was good, the bed and pillows were good, but unfortunately the experience was terrible because the mold was a health concern and it was a big area, not some spots. Also if you are remodeling the hotel you should provide the guest a complete room and work on others, we should not stayed in a room without ceiling, without shower doors. "

"Friendly staff. Suite was big and nice and clean. Well located in Crema with train station and city centre within 10 minute walk. Continental breakfast selection which was tasty. Bicycle paths everywhere in Crema including straight from the hotel. Bed was large, comforable with a selection of pillows and cushions. Lots of cupboard space for clothing. Really liked my stay here. Recommended A++"
