In the hamlet Mossale Superiore 9 km from the centre of Corniglio, in a secluded, quiet, sunny position on top of a hill, along the wooded area, 70 km from the sea, in the countryside. Private: park, garden 300 m2 (not fenced) with lawn and trees, lawn for sunbathing. Outdoor shower, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: storage room for bicycles, central heating system. Steep motor access (100 m via unmade road). Steep footpath to the house. Parking at the house, single garage. Grocery 5 km, supermarket 5 km, restaurant 1.5 km, outdoor swimming pool 5 km.
