"Super cute hotel in downtown Memphis! Staff was really welcoming and helpful. Room was showing a little wear but bathroom was really clean and renovated. Area around the hotel is great, you can walk down to the park by the river or to a restaurant. We drove about 10 minutes to eat at Hattie B’s hot chicken, so good! Loved this hotel and our short stay!"

"Overall stay was excellent. I do think there are upgrades and updating being done. This is a beautiful clean and well kept hotel. Minor quirks are the elevators need some refurbishing and when we arrived in our room there was Popeyes chicken in the fridge, and the carpets need to be refreshed The people and staff are amazing and attentive. Coming to assist right away. We loved the online check in. I will stay here again the next time I visit Memphis "

"Ive been here for a month now. The only complaints are my card never working on the drink and machine and the key cards having to be recoded twice a week. All in all those are pretty minor things. Front desk open till midnight is a big plus too. I would give it 4.5. The pricce pushes it to 5 if i had to pick. No rral complaints. Ive stayed in 1000% worse"

"This Comfort Inn is one of the best ones that I’ve stayed at. The king room was amazingly clean, spacious, quiet. The staff were all so kind and helpful especially Leslie at the front desk. Breakfast had a variety of everything. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay again next time."
