"It was good! Really lovely little place. Not sure if the receptionists spoke much English but the place was lovely. Shower worked well, air con was a life saver - only slight issue which is probably not fixable was a few ants here and there, but as it’s such an open hotel there’s really not much that can be done about that. Location is great, moments away from the Mezquita Cathedral, would recommend coming here, especially if you’re backpacking etc. Slight disadvantage that the station is about...

"Couldn't arrive on my first night. Property didn't respond to my message letting them know of this. Then contacted me , not having read my previous message, and said no problem. I arrived next day in the morning only to find that it was too early, which they didn't let me know the day before. After calmly asking (by SMS) for instructions I got berated and scolded by the person in charge.
