The bedroom includes 2 Queen size beds with an adorable, petite Outdoor Balcony with delightful Creek side, Lakeside and Mountain Views. The Living Room contains a charming enclosed Sun Room area with stunning views, a large skylight in the vaulted ceiling for additional light. Free WiFi access, a Flat screen TV/DVD player, a cozy Gas Fireplace, and a Dining Space. Full sized Kitchen and a breakfast bar that opens into the Living Room; perfect for entertaining. Community Laundry Facilities and Heated Indoor Parking complete the many amenities offered for guests of the building. An enjoyable 2-4 min. walk through the festive Center Village gets you on the slopes of Copper Mtn. in no time! | Summit County Colorado Short Term Rental Permit #BCA-73969 | One parking space per condo available on-site.
