This spacious property is a short walk to both the Woodward (formerly Union Creek) and American Flyer chairlifts. Great location for beginners and experienced skiers alike! Complete with a private hot tub on the lower level, and balconies off both the living room and master suite, this is a very popular vacation rental! The Master Bedroom is located on the 3rd floor and has King Bed and private balcony. The large en suite bathroom has a separate shower and jacuzzi tub. The remaining two bedrooms are located on the first floor of the townhome. One Bedroom features a Queen Bed along with a Twin Daybed. The Second Bedroom has a Twin Over Full Bunk. The living room and fully appointed kitchen are on the 2nd floor. There is a wet bar and wine fridge in the living room and a half bath off the kitchen. The private balcony overlooks an expansive wooded area and Ten Mile Creek. Enjoy the gas fireplace, window seat overlooking the creek, and flat screen TV. The location is perfect, about 5min to either Center or West Villages, and that's even walking slowly with young kids in ski boots! The inside of the condo is so comfortably appointed and decorated. Perfect mix of mountain style and at-home touches. The kitchen has all the right utensils and cooking items, and the living spaces are perfect for lounging, reading, or game-playing.
