We noticed several issues with the house that suggested a lack of routine maintenance such as shower drain not draining, smelly pipes under the bathroom sink, windows with broken handles, and clothes dryer quit working. The maintenance team did respond promptly and successfully to our requests other than that they were unable to fix the dryer at the end of our stay. We had a great time with the grandkids and we had plenty of room for the whole family. We were near Leadville, Breckinridge and Vail and spent time in all three towns. The kitchen was well appointed. Several of the pillows were in need of replacement, and one of the beds was worn and had a relentless squeak of springs with any movement.
