One parking spot is located outside of the unit on a first come first serve basis. Overflow/additional vehicles may park in Alpine Lot. Could feel valleys from it being slept in as well as the springs. Toilet doesn’t fully flush. Received a parking warning with an adhesive label that required removal with a razor once I returned home (so it was in my side vision the entire drive). I asked the building mngt. company to remove it, they said it was against policy. The best part? I did not violate any rules - the issuer even admitted it.
