It is true, the apartment has 1 bathroom and no air conditioning, as it is advertised. Air conditioning is not something very usual in Denmark, even most supermarkets do not have it- due to the mostly cooler weather throughout the year, so In my experience you will mostly only find AC in big hotels, not in traditional inner city apartments. It is of course good to be aware of if coming here in the summer time. However, we only experience 1-2 weeks of heatwave in most years:) Hope to see you again another time!
