Great location

Large room and huge bathroom. Really clean hotel. No tea/coffee in room but otherwise fine. Nice bedding. Area around was nice but very few bars or eateries other than the hotel.

Been traveling around the Europe about 3 weeks, this is by far the best one we have stayed with given the similar price range we paid. Price is reasonable, room is clean, staff are very nice. I guess it is not within the city center, but the train service is convenient. So the location is not an issue to us.

Very poor, workers hostel

This hotel has a nice name, but that's where it stops. Full of tradesmen and vans everywhere, very basic hotel, breakfast is a joke. Don't bother booking it, there is a supermarket across the road. Doors bang very loud and plumbing is also very loud. If your on vacation, go somewhere else. Otherwise only use if you must.

Sure, here's the translation: This hotel had its best days several years ago. It is still okay, but not much more. Plus for free parking. For exampel, the toilets didn’t flush properly and the lamp in the room was “on and off”.

Ok hotel with great location .

The Location was great , close to beach and cosy coffeeshop , foodstore in the sane building , easy to drive to what evr u want in helaingør , free parking. The room was big enough but very old . We could NOT get into our booked room , we had to get the frontdesk guy and he used all his force to get in , and just lifted his shoulds like , hrm that how u open the door. We went in the room to check it out , hardly could flush since u hade to use the same force as to get into the room. My wife cut her foot on a metalspike that was comming up from the carpet at the table. We went down and they changed to a new guy at reception , he gave us a new room , with NO probs with door or flush button and NO spikes. So we decided to keep this room. The beds need to be replaced, u sleep like a U in the bed . Very u comfortable. And despite we opened the balkony fully , it was very very hot in the room , like there is ZERO airflow at all. We paid extra for the breakfastbuffé that had all we needed for a great start of the day. But it was way to pricy , 1000 ske or 94 USD for 4x brekfast,.. Thats to much. Also , u had to pay for coffe at reception 25 DKR /4 USD per cup . Simular hotels in this pricerange offers free coffe for their guests. Staff was friendly and checkin and checklut was very easy and fast. Also free parking just outside of hotel when u register yr car upon checkin. We would stay here again when they have upgraded their rooms and prices.

More of a private room than a hotel. The bathroom/toilet was not clean upon arrival, there is no soap, no mini fridge, no pen or paper, no phone, etc. It’s almost shocking that towels are provided.

Great accommodation away from the city center.

Very nice staff, quick and thoughtful service. Room was great for our needs and clean. No recycling bins in the room though which was abit confusing but a minor thing. Checkin and -out were smooth. Breakfast was standard but filling. Would visit again for sure. Beach and piers were excellent for swimming. Thank you for the service and accommodation.
