Worth the price
An OK and reasonably priced Hotel in an OK city. The breakfast ended at 10am and we missed it, that seemed early to end. The quality of the room realtive to the price was good in the very expensive city of Copenhagen. Staff was friendly and moderatly helpful.

Large and comfortable room
The outside of the hotel is not very attractive so we were very happily surprised when we saw our room. The bed was large, there was ample space to put our things away, and there was even a small balcony with two chairs and a table. The hotel is conveniently located. We walked all over Copenhagen with no difficulty and walked to the train station with our bags. The only nasty surprise was when we were checking out and we were told that the delicious breakfast we had enjoyed both days was NOT included in the price and that we owed 300 kroner. The price was not unreasonable, just unexpected.

Carlton Hotel Guldsmeden is Great
This is a nice hotel about 5 blocks from central train station. We walked/biked/metro/S-Train everywhere from the hotel and saw everything there was to see in central Copenhagen. The staff was really helpful (we didn't have a plan when we arrived). Breakfast was excellent, don't miss it!

Lovely hotel
The staff were very friendly, the room was comfortable and clean and the location is great, very near the train station. I didn't eat there however, so can't comment on the food.

an individual hotel offering good basic facilities with a twist. fabulous organic buffet breakfast. efficient friendly staff. organic toiletries in a clean, although basic, shower room (shame there was not a bath). our room at the quiet, back of the hotel was an advantage as the road at the front is busy - but convenient, just 10 minutes walk direct to Central Station

Perfect for a weekend getaway
A great location within easy walking distance of the centre of town, we loved the individuality of the hotel, the helpfulness of the staff and the little touches in the room. Wish I could find places like this in every city.

Well worth the price
The hotel is a little hard to find. A short walk from the Central (Kobenhaven) Station. Rooms are separated into the main bulding and then an annex section. Would recommend the rooms in the back of the hotel (annex) off the main street if you are a light sleeper. The breakfast was not included in my booking, and seemed to be expensive for what was available. 75 Kroner (DKK). Would recommend booking with breakfast or buying on your own, one nice bakery nearby or multiple at train station. The staff was very courteous and helped with dinner planning. The one issue I had was with the internet coverage. First of all, the internet is no long free - 20 DKK per day, but the coverage was not great in the annex. Overall good trip and good value for clean hotel with all you need.

Expensive but worth it!
The hotel is a 5 minute walk from the train station and a 10 minute walk from the town centre. We walked everywhere with no problems. The hotel is cute and artsy and the staff on reception are friendly and laid back - they offered us a free drink in the bar. Hotel room itself was reasonable size and kept very clean. They are very big on their organic problems. Would definitely recommend this hotel - although not if you mind a bit of a walk!

Romantiskt hotell
Ett väldigt mysigt hotell ett stenkast från Köpenhamns Centralstation. Rummen är riktigt fina med en känsla av lite boheminslag. Himmelsängarna är fina och bekväma. Frukosten är ekologisk och god. Vi fick varsin gratis drink när vi kom dit. Ett perfekt hotell för en longweekend där man bara rår om varandra.

J'ai choisi cet hôtel après avoir lu les avis sur le site. La chambre et le petit déjeuner étaient conformes à mes attentes mais la réception et les services de l'hôtel plus proches de ceux d'une auberge de jeunesse que d'un hôtel:ex réception à l'étage accessible par code digital mais chambres dans autre bâtiment, pas de dépôt bagage digne de se nom (valises entreposés dans salle de resto), quartier pres gare pas trés clean, etc pour bobo!

mysig och snygg inredning. väldigt sköna sängar och kuddar. prisvärd frukostbuffee och bra läge samt trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Mycket prisvärt hotell som jag verklgen kan rekommendera såväl till romantiska weekendspar eller som vi för tjejhelgen
