The mattresses and pillows are incredibly uncomfortable. The worst we have ever tried. So bad that every day we had back and neck aches. The room we booked was for 4 people but one bed was not made up. Had to do this ourselves. The room service has to be booked online, but no one told us that there was a deadline on this. So we did not have any room service. The carpet in the room looked and was very dirty. A few towels were stained. There is no hand soap. All in all we did not have the best experience and will not be returning.

Good hotel. Rooms are really small, however that's as advertised so expected. Decent gym and social areas. A shopping mall near by, which is good for coffee and food if needed. Other than that, it's about a 15 minutes walk to Tivoli and the Train Station.

The property was fine for quick nap inbetween flights, the smallest room was pretty fine for the basic stuff (Shower, bathroom, bed, desk). The smell was a little odd but nothing too weird or bothersome. Would recommend for a 1 night stay

Excellent hotel, would highly recommend. Great location with two stations in-between, rooms are a perfect size (cabin) and staff are really friendly. I really enjoyed my stay and the bonus is the price!

It is an amazing hotel for solo travellers that really give you everything you need to sleep as they advertise. It is a short walk away from an S-Train station (Dybbølsbro) that can connect you to Copenhagen's Metro system and surrounding suburban areas with ease. The automatic check in and check out systems are also nice for introverts like me who don't always like to bother people. All in all it is a real nice hotel for people who just need a bed and space for your belongings. DO NOT COME HERE EXPECTING BIG ROOMS.

In the private rooms, the toilette is VERY small, the shower is almost on top of the WC, which is very inconvenient and the floor gets easily wet. No wiping tools. The mattresses are very thin, bad for sleeping. There isn't a kitchen in the hostel, which is key for people that go to hostels basically. No fridge, no microwave, nothing to cook. Only a kettle in the room but the amenities are not enough for the people in the room. We were 4 and we had 3 towels, 3 coffees and tea PER STAY not even per night. Wouldn't go again

Room wasn't serviced when I arrived: used towels, used soap, a full bin, hair in the drain and on the bed, unwashed plates and utensils in the sink. The shower was in a wetroom but the door would leak. Limited privacy from other guests with the thin walls and a very small room. I was charged to store my bags before check-in. The area is nowhere near anything and it's a long walk from the metro. Highlights: the bed was comfy, the water was warm, and it was cheap. You get what you pay for.

Stayed one night as travelling to watch the football with 2 teenagers. Lovely hotel, rooms basic but clean and comfortable. Shower a bit debatable as you could literally touch the toilet/ sink as showering and it was a wet room not separate shower so ok if for 1 night but any longer I think I could do it. Very helpful on reception and left luggage perfect as it was a locker although you did have to pay (about £8 all day). Would also be helpful if you advise when booking confirmed there are 2 Cabin hotels not far from each other so you go to the right one.

Good walking and transport links, studio apartment has everything you need for a short work related stay and the mini-kitchen helps avoid paying for eating out all the time if on a budget. Superb, patient reception staff, particularly the night shift staff. Area is a bit quiet and desolate but in easy reach of city. Massive complex of easily 1000 rooms with narrow corridors and doors close together, you can hear neighbours open their door almost like it's yours, but once in room ok.

Staff were excellent but very over stretched out of hour's, a big hotel for 1,2 people to run , not fussed on the shower and loo being so close together as floor is wet when the shower has been used and then you need the loo, hotel lovely and warm and overall enjjoyed our stay, beds very comfortable, very nice breakfast buffet restaurant, rooms small but very well planned, bit like staying at Ikea but that is the concept,, Copenhagen a great place would definitely go back

Small rooms but with all necessary amenities
The room was really small and without ideal ventillation/air-conditioning (only the window could be opened), hence would not be suitable to stay in for the full day. However, the wi-fi connection (password-protected) worked well, same as all the necessary appliances, and the general setting was comfortable in proportion to the price levels for similar accommodation options in Copenhagen. The weekly cleaning is an environmentally friendlier alternative to the daily hotel-based cleaning, though it could have reduced the accommodation price a little more than it did. Overall, I can recommend the property for shorter or mid-length stays for those who do not mind rooms of very small size.
