Booking excerpt as per Rental Agreement/Terms & Conditions Our home is designed to host groups aged 25 and above as well as family retreats and can accommodate a maximum of 8 guests including visitors, with prior approval required for extra guests. Guests will be asked to complete a guest registration form, sign a rental agreement, and be able to provide government IDs of all adults – please answer all questions truthfully to help us tailor your reservation. A security deposit of $2,000 will be withheld for your stay two days before your arrival and released after departure, pending the home inspection.
