The property is set in an elevated and sought-after uniquely private position. Relax on one of the two balconies with your morning coffee while enjoying the sunny aspect looking across the ocean. Sprawled across two levels you can snuggle on the lounge whilst watching a movie in the downstairs lounge area or relax with a book upstairs in the second living area. With street parking and direct stair access direct to the front door. Seas the day & book your next trip away! We look forward to assisting you in creating your next holiday All holiday properties are subject to sundry costs including cleaning, linen and booking fees. A bond (security deposit) will be required in the form of a pre-authorisation of a credit card for every booking and an online check in form will need to be completed and returned prior to arrival. This involves providing photo ID and a credit card. The online check in form will be sent once the booking is confirmed. Please contact the office to confirm the bond amount as it differs for each property, minimum $1,000 (higher for more prestigious properties). For bookings longer than 14 days, mid-stay cleans will be required at guests cost. The stairs are old, cracked, and slippery when wet. There are no lights at the stairs…There is no off-street parking...There is another set of steep stairs right after opening the entrance door. The internal stairs are shown in the ad (very small staircase), but it is difficult to get luggage up. And the bedrooms are both upstairs and the toilet is downstairs!!It is a quirky little house, and the place has a nice view. However, there is a privacy problem (the next-door neighbour can straight look into the living area and the master bedroom (which could be fixed easily with a small curtain on the side).The property is not properly maintained. Very tired and run down. Old odd furniture and old tired or broken stuff everywhere. The kitchen is filthy and needs a deep clean. Everything is sticky (the toaster and water kettle is dirty; the utensils are a collection of odd things).There was "one" hand towel in the bathroom. The "one layer" toilet paper tells what level of quality one can expect.
