- The Studio in the backyard is vacant at all times and is not available for guest use…The Garage is also Not available for Holiday letting purposes
- There is parking available in the driveway for 2-4 cars

Hot Water Tank
- We have a 325L hot water tank at the property which is suitable usage for a large family. Please note all house’s in Copa run off hot water tanks due to its location. While the tank does heat up twice in a 24 hour period we do suggest to be mindful of having long showers or multiple large baths.
