An idyllic holiday haven, this quality home boasts superb ocean views and is well located to be within an easy 400m walk to Copacabana beach. Comfortable, spacious living seamlessly blends with a fabulous indoor/outdoor flow, making it the perfect beachside family or couples retreat. With a spacious main living room, which opens out to the rear deck via stackable sliding doors, which integrates with the smart modern kitchen, plus three large bedrooms, two with queen beds, third with twin king singles. Two modern bathrooms, master with ensuite and main with bathtub. Split system air conditioning throughout, plus slow combustion fireplace. With minimal steps to manage and easy access off the street to the extra wide double carport, this home couldn't be more accessible, making it the easy choice for quality, relaxing holiday.
