We're sorry for any problems you had during your stay. It is very unfortunate that damage to a comforter went unnoticed, we try very hard to provide fresh and clean linens during your stay. We can also guarantee that your comforter was ordered this year, and find it an odd exaggeration to say that anything on a bed with a motel could be 40 years old.Our mattresses were also tested this year and we had a large change over of brand new mattresses that fill our rooms.Maintenance on a motel can take up a lot of time and a room would never be knowing opened for check in with an amenity like the sink not working. Unfortunately since no staff were told until check out there was no chance to fix it until you were gone.Have a great rest of your trip and we hope to see you again!

While we cannot affect outside factors like the traffic, some people enjoy our location in the middle of downtown Coos Bay and find it easy to walk or drive to nearby locations like restaurants, grocery stores, and boardwalk! As it is a small business employees like the on site Manager do multiple tasks throughout the day, and so cannot sit inside the office with the register from sun up to the last check in.We're sorry about any problems that you may have had during your stay and thank you for supporting small business.

Hello, I am sorry about your experience at our motel. Your experience with us is important. If there was a problem with your toilet I would implore you to talk to the office staff in the future. If by "outside and in the rain" to get help you mean under a big awning to be let into the office then yes, if that is not what you meant perhaps you have us confused with another motel you've stayed at during your travels.

The water pressure in the bathroom sink and shower was immediately tested, and it meets the necessary standards. I've also inspected the bathroom fixtures, including the sink and toilet, and they are securely fastened with bolts and sealant.Lastly, I understand that traffic noise can sometimes be bothersome in certain locations. While I can't control external factors, it is important to note that our motel is separated from the main highway by a road, which serves as a buffer to minimize noise disturbances.I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you experienced during your stay.
