From the soft, cozy beds to the peaceful view out back, it was the perfect retreat after long days of hiking and exploring. Though the space is small, it’s thoughtfully designed and made us feel right at home. One night, we picked up fresh fish from the local market and cooked dinner in, then relaxed in the glass-enclosed outdoor area—complete with a fire and the sight of white herons gliding in over the water. We also had deer in the yard, which was a treat. I would absolutely rent this home again.
