Located less than 5 minutes from Main Street Cooperstown and 10 minutes from Cooperstown Dreams Park, you are right in the heart of the Cooperstown area, all while being tucked away on a quiet country road with beautiful views of the Fly Creek valley and the rolling hill of upstate New York.



    This terrific home has easy access from the upper driveway with just a few steps to enter the main level. Once inside there are 3 bedrooms and 2 baths on the main level. Perfect for anyone in your group with mobility issues. A King bed primary bedroom with en-suite bath and direct access to the deck overlooking the valley to one side of the home. On the other end, you will find two well appointed Queen bedrooms flanking a shared bath off the hallway with large glass framed shower. In the middle of the main level is a spacious, open concept, living, dining and kitchen area with large SmartTV. Down the stairs, with unique accent wall, you will find a great family suite. A large bedroom with lounge area and SmartTV, and a Queen and Twin bed. Need a little break from the chaos, retreat to this lower level and find some quiet, while still enjoying valley views. On the lower level is a full bathroom with shower and stackable laundry.

    Outside at Quail Cottage there is a great uncovered deck that stays nicely shaded for much of the day. This deck wraps around to the side of the home where you can catch some afternoon sun and enjoy the view and nature. In the lower yard a firepit with Adirondack chairs is available for your use, enjoy s'mores and the bright stars of the summer sky!

Beautiful place with all the comforts of home.The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had everything you could want or need.The host was great at providing info and suggestions. The house is very private and has a beautiful view of the surrounding area.We all agreed this was our favorite place of our 2 week Fall Foliage road trip.

We had the best stay!! It was in a great location. The views were absolutely stunning! The house was very clean and well stocked with whatever you’d need in the kitchen. We’d absolutely stay here again!!

A Fantastic Vacation with a Fabulous View

Quail Cottage was the perfect place to stay during our visit to the baseball HOF. The house was nicely appointed and very comfortable with a beautiful scenic view over the valley. It was totally relaxing sitting out by the fire pit and just soaking up the atmosphere.
