We were there in December at -6º an the cabin stayed warm and cozy. Being able to hike all the trails from the front door was great. Fridge is tiny, so be aware on how much food you bring. Older people be warned that to get to the bedroom you do have to climb a ladder but we are over 65 and had no problem. At night you have the whole park to yourself which is amazing.
