« Le store du velux laisse entrer la lumiere qui commence a 4h du matin en Angleterre en ete, mais nous etions deja reveilles car on entendait clairement les ronflements de la chambre d\`a cote, et a ce propos, l'isolation phonique etait tellement mauvaise qu'on croyait avoir des fois les voisins dans notre chambre/S.d.B. En ouvrant le velux, toutes les odeurs de la ventilation de la cuisine entraient dans la chambre car c'etait juste en face. Le long cheveu qui n'etait pas le notre est reste...

« Absolutely fabulous few days away. This is a real gem of a hotel. Quiet and secluded but a real joy to experience. The staff are so helpful and genuine (Rosie, Sharon and Oliver deserve medals) There was plenty of choice for breakfast, the cooked breakfast was tasty and well presented. The evening dinner menu and quality of food was 10/10\. I think it could be even better with a slightly extended menu. We will be back x »

« We had a wonderful stay. The room was perfect and loved wandering through the gardens and nearby walks despite the weather. Cosy evening by the fireplace, red wine and board games. The Christmas decorations were tasteful and festive. Fantastic team of staff and look forward to returning. »

« Unfortunately the hotel had some problems in the kitchen which impacted very badly on the menu for dinner, the breakfast, service (so slow) and noise. It would have been better to fix the problems before reopening or to have had the courtesy to let us know in advance what the situation was. I would have stayed somewhere else. Extremely disappointing as I’ve had lovely stays here in the past. »
