This delightful three-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath retreat is located on multiple levels with plenty of spaces to both tuck away and gather together. Children will love the unique layout, which makes their own rooms feel like cozy nooks with slanted ceilings and three twin beds. Adults will appreciate the cottage’s interior highlights, such as the exposed brick and beams, which add a touch of rustic charm to the modern abode.

The Kancamagus Highway is considered a national treasure and one of the best places in the world to watch the leaves change color in the fall, but really it is beautiful any time of year. The Almost There is situated right in the center of this notable area and provides a great home base as you explore ski resorts, state parks, rivers, hiking, biking, and walking trails, as well as charming downtown areas with shops and restaurants.

House Rules

- No Pets
- No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property
- No parties or unapproved guests (even if guests are not staying the night)
- No loud or obscene music that interferes with nearby homes
- Quiet Hours: 10pm to 8am
- Maximum occupancy: 10 people including adults and children

Violation of these rules will result in immediate cancellation of your reservation with no refund for any unused nights. Additionally, you will be held financially responsible for any necessary repairs.
