"Check in and out was easy. The room was nice and clean. The bed was comfortable, as were the pillows. I liked having the fridge and microwave (thought, word to the wise its not a strong wattage) I did have an issue with the iron and they fixed the issue within 5-10 minutes after I called. There were elevator issues, which were annoying as heck, especially when you are on the 7th floor and weren't looking to go to the "gym" and had to climb up, but it is what it is... The breakfast was good, would recommend the biscuits and gravy and not the pancake machine that makes pancakes at the press of the button; for me a not the best, but others seemed to like it. I liked that there was coffee and tea available 24/7 in the lobby. The location was great for my purposes to get to everywhere within less than 30 minutes and access to food, convenience stores and of course KOP. For what I paid the value and amenities were perfect. Added bonus was the cute geese couple that made a next in the flowers where mom nested and pops sat near by on guard duty. it put a smile on my face, granted that wasn't the hotels doing."

"There is no clock in the room. There is no microwave in the room. No breakfast buffet. My room had a coffeemaker, but others in my group did not., and hot drinks are not available in the lobby. The TV remote was difficult to use. However, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Upon checking in I was sent to a room that had not been cleaned, but was quickly given a different room."

"I am a frequent guest at this hotel and as such I have come to know most of the staff. They are always courteous and helpful. Cindy in the restaurant makes a spectacular margarita! There is a friendly atmosphere while also insuring the most professional response to request from guest."

"Staff was very friendly, parking convenient. The only complaint is by booking thru Hotels.com it was IMPOSSIBLE to get in touch with the property thru ANY NUMBERS for Hyatt’s the Hotel directly to advise of a late night checkin. I was terrified that my room would be given up due to my late arrival and there was NO WAY to speak to anyone . "
