« The place look older with three different floors. The first level had 3 rooms for each tenant but have to share the living room, kitchen and bathroom. The furniture is outdated but you have a couches and dining table. The 55 inch TV has cable but very limited channels. You have tenants living upstairs and in the basement but they have their own code and access to their respective floors. « Clean inside, reasonably priced and clear communication from the owner. The only drawback was the neighborhood was definitely a little sketchy and there was only on street parking and it was on a side street that the house wasn’t on. »

« A very comfortable place - large-studio-apartment sized with kitchenette. I especially appreciated the sitting area outdoors (and nice-looking hammock - didn't get to use it, but maybe next time!).
