  • New and modern holiday home with private pool for 6-7 people in Colorado. Casa Ivan is a very well equipped, modern style holiday home. The house is spacious and bright, for a total of 6-7 people. It offers a perfect place for a great family holiday with its private pool, large and well-kept garden and the covered BBQ area.

    Features:



    Spacious living room with 1 comfortable sofa , TV with Spanish channels and satellite TV, fireplace, dining table with chairs. Air condition available.

    Open and modern kitchen fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, microwave, hob, refrigerator, and all other necessary kitchen utensils.

    3 bedrooms, for maximal 6 -7people. All windows have mosquito-net.

    2 baths with shower, one is in suite to the main bedroom

    Large terrace with covered barbecue, sink, washing machine, table and chairs and garden furniture.

    Private pool with sun loungers and parasol

    Large and well-kept garden.
