She also offered great recommendations for local restaurants and handled a very busy check in time flawlessly. The breakfast team was working so hard to keep everything clean, stocked, and orderly, all while staying smiling and friendly to guests. One gentleman tending to the tables was truly a standout, although we did not get his name. The hotel itself was clean and had all the necessary items we needed for a comfortable stay. Everything felt well maintained and thoughtfully arranged. The location was very convenient to everything we needed to get to. Kudos to your team, they are a great representation of your hotel and management. Special compliments to housekeeping as well for doing such a great job. "All good with cleanliness and hospitality. Other than not winning even a little bit with slot machines the overnight stay was good. Gas, food, and lodging $400 before dropping coins seems a bit much but it was our anniversary so there you go."
