"I rarely give scathing reviews, but our trip included harassement from the hotel manager and I want to make sure our experience doesn't go unnoticed. The booking was a work trip for my husband. At the hotel the heating was broken (mid-November) and the hotel manager put a small space heater to "solve the problem". We asked for a different solution or to be moved to a different hotel.
