Comfortable enough. Slow Internet.
This hotel is in a great location near a plaza and shopping. It was quiet and comfortable. The staff was courteous and accommodated my need for a late check-out. The Internet was only fast during off-peak times.

Hotel OK but the city was a disappointment.
We were unfortunate to arrive whilst the forest fires were about, and the city appeared deserted even though it was around 21:00 on a Saturday evening.

Okay hotel
The staff at this hotel were not overly friendly. The rooms were very basic and lacking things like a kettle/iron which other cheaper hotels offer. The TV was not particularly great. The curtains in the room were like paper so the room stayed quite light all night. The breakfast is okay but nothing special. Overall it's fine to stay in, just not as good as we were expecting.

Convenient to center of city
A comfortable room with friendly and efficient staff. Within sight of main plaza and other downtown sites within walking distance. Better than average breakfast and good room maintenance provided. Old style softer bed mattress. Would stay there again if returning to city. Chile has many stray dogs in major cities and Concepcion has more of them gathering in packs than we saw elsewhere in the country. When congregated in the Plaza nearby their barking can be annoying.

Bien, el hotel está bien ubicado y la tarifa en relación a lo que ofrecen es buena. Es un hotel antiguo que ya no está en sus días de gloria, pero es una buena alternativa de alojamiento en Concepción.

Hotel en Malas condiciones y sin servicio
El no contaba con calefacción. Estaba en mal estado y entregaron calefactores eléctricos portátiles que estaban viejos y oxidados. Tuve que pedir 2 para mi habitación. Al otro día no había agua caliente. La ducha tenía el desagüe malo y el agua no se evacuaba con rapidez. Además de estar mal aseado. No hay servicio a la habitación.

todo excelente.Lo que me parece mal es que el valorr se promociona en forma destaca por su valor neto, y recién, en letra chica y poco destacada, se indica que no incluye IVA; lo que por lo demás contraviene la ley del consumidor.
