You will be able to take advantage of the nearby amenities and activities that the town has to offer: visits to the town, museums, relaxing on the beach, board sports... You will have a pleasant living room with a dining area, a lounge area, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom. The flat: Located on the 3rd floor with lift, the accommodation is composed as follows: Day area: \- An entrance hall with storage space. \- A large living room with a lounge area fitted with a double sofa bed, two armchairs, a coffee table and a TV, as well as a dining area with a table that can accommodate 4 guests. \- A kitchen open to the living room, modern and fully equipped: fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, washing machine, induction hob, kettle, microwave, toaster, filter coffee maker...
