NAVAJO is a unique home that sits high in Canyon Oaks 3, with a beautiful view of the Frio Canyon…sunrise and sunset! The 4 bedroom/ 4 bath home sleeps 22 in beds, has 2 living areas, + game room/bar area upstairs. A covered carport is the perfect place for your own dance slab! Granite countertops are in the kitchen area, TVs in the Master, 2 living rooms downstairs, and in the game room upstairs. The game room is unique and can be used as the 4th bedroom, with 3 twins built in beds. These beds will be a great place to call your own! The specially designed pool is the perfect accent to this beautiful home. Concan has not only the Frio River for tubing and kayaking, but Garner State Park also has dancing and hiking, Frio Valley Ranch for golfing, shopping, eateries, pies, and ice cream treats! Get your family and friends together – call and reserve Navajo today! You will not be disappointed with the hill country overview from the porch or the pool deck. The view from the porch overlooks the Concan area, enjoy sunsets and sunrises, you will not want to leave the views this home has to offer. Enjoy floating, kayaking, or hiking the Frio River area, dove hunting at nearby ranches, Garner State Park, and the surrounding Texas Hill Country. To help keep the cost of your rental down, we do offer our guest the option to bring their own Linens and Towels. We do offer the option to rent them at an extra cost. If wanting to rent linens and towels for your stay, please allow us 3 weeks prior to arrival notice. Make note that we do have a limited supply and cannot guarantee we will have lines and towels readily available.
