"Great experience! All staff were courteous and helpful. They responded timely and professionally to requests (extra bed linens, towels, pillow). Room was clean and well maintained. We accidentally left a few items upon checkout and when I called the person who answered the phone was very helpful and called back in less than 10 minute let me know where the items were found and where they could be picked. Your attention to quality, cleanliness, and customer service were refreshing!! Thank you! "

"This property is great for our family reunion with people coming from as far away as Korea. 7 bathrooms and two hot water heaters is nice. Our host responded immediately on the weekend when we needed her. We plan to use this property for a third time I January."
