« Close to the airport. Clean room, good mattress and excellent shower. Reason for 4 stars was because the sidewalk was not shoveled of snow. I think this should be done in the AM so people checking out don't slip and fall. I'd stay here again but wouldn't eat at the rustymoose. »

« I had called the hotel a couple weeks in advance to reserve 2 queen beds for our stay, which the front desk person confirmed. Instead, when we arrived the room they provided was 1 queen bed with a sofa/pull out (with a horrible thin mattress which was sagging in the center). When I brought this up to the front desk the night supervisor said- the sofa bed was the same thing as the additional queen bed- really?? And then the tub had awful back flow problem. Which I brought to the front desks...
