Casa Biontica

Casa Biontica is idyllically located in Cruz de Zarja (lot size: 4,200 m²), on a "via pecuriaria." Goats and their shepherd come here almost every day.

The spacious, tastefully furnished apartment (100 m²) on the first floor has three bedrooms, a kitchen, a living room, a TV area (40-inch Smart TV), and a reading room. A private entrance ensures privacy.

There are three bedrooms!
Each bedroom has a private bathroom (shower, toilet, and sink).
The bedrooms feature spacious closets.
The apartment has air conditioning in the bedrooms.
For environmental reasons, the air conditioning operates with 1€ and 2€ coins.
The new box-spring beds guarantee a perfect night’s sleep.

The spacious, fully equipped kitchen features a gas stove and a gas oven. Of course, a spacious refrigerator with a freezer is included.

There is also an outdoor kitchen and a separate barbecue, so you can enjoy the “outdoors” as much as possible.

The 8 x 4 m pool is surrounded by several terraces and seating areas, whether in the sun or shade.

The beautiful garden also features several seating areas.
The petanque court guarantees relaxation and sporting fun.

Casa Biontica is located right in the Sierras de Tejeda, Almijara, and Alhamo Natural Park (40,662 hectares). Hikers can choose from 9 Sierra trails. Hiking trails range from 1.5 to 6 hours.
