The apartment is in a quiet but servitisisma area, also ideal for business travelers. Possibility of public and paid parking in the immediate vicinity. The apartment has been completely renovated in a modern style. It has an independent entrance, on the first floor (without elevator) inside the oldest courtyard of Como. The space includes a large double bedroom; living room with open kitchen equipped with dishes and appliances; a bathroom with shower cubicle; TV, air conditioning, free Wifi, LED lighting system. You will find at your arrival a welcome bottle and everything you need to be able to move comfortably in the city and between the shores of the beautiful lake. The accommodation is located in a neighborhood well served by bars, trattorias, ethnic restaurants (Japanese restaurant just opened at the beginning of the street!), from the city's Covered Market, from a 24-hour supermarket, laundromat and dry-cleaner, shops, pharmacies and bike rentals. Moreover, just a few meters from the house you can enjoy the delicacies of the most important patisserie in the city! We are one step away from Via Milano, one of the most important commercial streets of the city of Como, at the foot of Porta Torre, a stone's throw from the historic walls that enclose the main sights of the city. The lake is only 15 minutes away on foot. Very close to the apartment, it is located at the Como Borghi railway station, in direct connection every 30 minutes with the city of Milan and Milan Malpensa airport.
