"The owner, Maurizio, was very friendly and went out of his way to tell us all about Como and what to do with our limited time there. We had a family room, which turned out to be 2 separate bedrooms, one with a queen bed and one with two twin beds. There was a bathroom accessible from the hallway, but it was private for our family. "We enjoyed our stay at Spina Verdi. The apartment was immaculate. Andrea was an excellent host and made us amazing breakfasts each day.
