Room is very clean, and overlooks the river and a temple and stupa across the river. Good restaurant on site. Rooms are very sound proof and quiet. Well located close to all of the sites in Ayutthaya. Upon check in you are offered a tray with three or four types of pillow samples to choose from for your stay. Also, two other trays to choose the scent of your hand soap and bar soap. The hotel helped up contract a good, english speaking guide and taxi to help expedite our tour of the city, who we used for two days. Highly recommend this lovely boutique hotel. Great view but found unsecured rail on balcony and its about 25 ft drop to stone walkway, serious danger of fall . Hot water is 5 mins to show up,then scalding, then disappears 2 mins alter comes back scalding ,then stone cold. Floors in bathroom VERY slippery. room was good sized , soft matress good lighting, a/c mounted where it blows directly.onto bed ,which can lead to difficulty sleeping. mini bar with snacks little high priced. Wine in bar is $51usd?? they do have decent wine but not 1700 baht worth. Italian restaurant has ecellent food ,moderate sized meals ,expensive wine and parking has lots to desire. no shuttle to restaurant,assive steep hill to go over .DO NOT WALK IT. Breakfast is fresh but they didnt set up the open serve on monday morning , disappointing. Overall nice place but not worth the price of 3200 baht a night. lots of places to choose from.in area. site is also far from anything 25 to 40 km. Therefore I did not take a hot food option, that's not to say the hot food options was bad. I did not explore further for another breakfast restaurant. I could take cereal and toast and coffee which was enough for me."
