I had a check-in that was a computer FaceTime and it startled me when I walked into the lobby and something said hello to me without me realizing that it was on a computer screen. She assigned me a third floor room. Fortunately, she referred to the agent at the counter because I had a dog with me and needed a pet room. I did not see that accommodation on Expedia website. I did not like the computer check-in...

« The bid was very comfortable and the room was very quiet. I slept well. The breakfast was good. Fresh scrambled eggs and bacon. Needed potatoes to be perfect. I loved the orange juice too. No bagels and cream cheese which I only have when at a hotel that serves it.LOL »

« This is in my top-3 in Oregon. Stayed there 4 times. Each time was nice. This is a botanical garden, everything is organic. All rooms are nice. It's a perfect place where to relax and just enjoy life. Kudos to everyone. This hotel is a jewel. »

« The room was very clean, something as a former maid I always look for. Staff was very helpful. We loved the soaps and staff was great about finding which particular soap brand used and even a store location for us. Motel was quiet at night and the beds were very comfortable. Kitchenette was perfect for our needs, we didn't plan to cook any meals but morning tea and coffee were much appreciated. « We stayed in the upper appartment. The place is beautiful, comfortable, quite, and clean. The kitchen is well equipped. The balcony overlooks a beautiful garden patio. The location is a short walking distance to Ashlands' center with its theaters, coffee shops and restaurants. Steve, our host, was welcoming, bery communicative and accessible. Our stay was perfect. »
