The location was perfect for us to reach the trailhead for the Mill Creek UTV trails in about 10 - 15 minutes. The cabin had everything we needed, was super clean, and comfortable. The owners do live on the property but not visable from the cabin. Beautiful place in the Ozarks. With the lake there it was the best views during fall colors. We roasted marshmallows at the fire pit, fishes the private lake. Everything was there that we needed including pizza pan, coffee make, pots and pans and dishes. Make sure you stop and stock up. The driveway is narrow and steep if you’re pulling a trailer and there is not a way to turn around once at the cabin. The owner is close by and allowed us to park it on his other property which was very secure. The owner is helpful and quick to answer should you need anything or information. We loved that we could access the trail system quickly, it’s located on the north side of mill creek and that there was a few country stores as well as a dollar general with in a few miles of the cabin. If you plan to cook bring groceries with you as there aren’t any options for fresh foods nearby. Plenty of room for a couple, it sleeps more with a bunk bed and a pull out, but would be pretty tight. All in all we would stay again because of the cleanliness and the owners response. We felt safe and did not worry about our personal belongings when out riding for the day. ##### Jess S.
