We are bummed to hear you didn't enjoy your stay. If in a pinch again and stay here, try one of our standard rooms or studios. The Basic Queen you stayed in the historical part of our motel and is budget friendly. Our other rooms are updated and have sheetrock walls, and much larger bathrooms with full size tubs and large walk-in showers.

Douglas, we are sorry you had a bad experience. I see you stayed in room 12, which is a kitchenette. The pots and pans, hot plate, dishes, and toaster oven are all located in the cupboards. Your booking also shows you only had two in your party, did another person join you? We do have a kitchenette that accommodates 3 people, but your booking shows you booked a room for 2. All rooms are suppose to have four pillows, I apologize for two missing, how uncomfortable! Did you communicate any of this to the front desk after you checked in?

Gina, we are sorry to hear you had a bad experience. I looked into your reservation and got to the bottom of who your housekeeper was and resolved that issue.
