"The room itself was clean, the bed also seemed clean. There is no refrigerator/microwave. The biggest issue I had was with the bed, the bed needs a big upgrade. Every movement you would hear the metal springs crying out, I'm not sure if it's springs inside the mattress or the box spring, but it was annoying and uncomfortable."

"Staff were all pleasant and helpful. Hotel nit appropriately staffed for a busy weekend. The front desk staff had to do valet parking; we had to ask several times to get our room serviced; a dangerous condition in the room because of a malfunction shower curtain tha just dumped water on the floor. Other engineering flubs. We expected a higher level of service and room amenities for the price we paid."

"Traveled from SC. Stayed there for 4 nights we came up for a family member funeral. Not enough handicap parking spaces. Cleanness of the room was not I expected. Durning our stay no one never came in to tidy up the room nor was the waste basket emptied from the room. We had to go and get towels and wash cloths for the room. We are accustomed to staying in places wear as a paying customer our basic needs are met! We did observe a housekeeping cart in the hallway, we express to the young lady at the front desk only thing she ask when we return to the room was, she asked us Sir what room were y'all in? We told her and my husband response was maybe they will clean it tomorrow however tomorrow didn't come!!!!! It was time to leave and the room was neverrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr! cleaned. I Would not ever recommend this establishment to any one!"
