I am extremely disappointed with my stay. Upon arrival, it was clear that the apartment had not been properly cleaned. The floors were sticky and dirty, there was hair throughout the unit, including on the bed, stains on the towels, residue on the shower curtain, and items left behind in the washer. We ended up having to clean the apartment ourselves just to make it comfortable enough to stay in.What made the experience even more frustrating was the complete lack of communication. I reached out through the VRBO app regarding these issues and received no response at all. As paying guests, we expected a clean, well-maintained property and prompt communication when concerns were raised.Unfortunately, this experience fell far below expectations, and I cannot recommend this property based on the cleanliness issues and poor customer service.
