I was stuck standing outside on the street on the phone with their help for 10 minutes. Then they failed to give me the code for the door inside so I had to call back. They also claimed they would send an email with check in instructions 72 hours before check in and they never sent anything. I had to follow up the night before to prompt this process. Required me to submit a passport and do a facial recognition. A little dramatic. Rug in living room could have used a vacuum but other than that it seemed clean and the location is fantastic.
